Acorn is a relative of the famous black squirrels of Michigan State University's campus, just down the road from this Trader Joe's. Squirrels are a BIG thing at MSU — there's a whole student club dedicated to them, and they're practically worshipped. Caught here in his red-and-white gingham bandana, clutching a tiny acorn, with his Trader Joe's name tag.
